How to make an appointment
You can make an appointment by calling our practice. We may request sufficient personal information from you to set up a patient file, but also to collect enough information to ensure you are booking an appointment for the right length of time with the right practitioner. See our privacy policy for how we manage your personal information.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding space in our appointment schedule that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call us on the number above as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least one full business day in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on the number above during our business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Please DO NOT attempt to cancel your appointment via email (unless you are overseas) or text message.
Short Notice Cancellation/ Failure to Attend/ Late Arrivals Policy
Our goal is to provide quality dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. Short notice cancellations, failure to attends (FTAs) and late arrivals inconvenience not only other patients but our practitioners as well. Please be aware of our following policy:
A short notice cancellation is any cancellation made with less than one full business day’s notice before the appointment time. A failure to attend (FTA) is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge you a $90 missed appointment fee.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Our Policy for Long Appointments
If your treatment requires a long appointment or a complex treatment plan, please also review our Long Appointment Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy.
Appointment Confirmation
We require confirmation of your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment by one full business day prior to your appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled and the time allocated to a patient on our waiting list.
SMS, email and phone reminders are a courtesy only and are not to be relied upon for appointment confirmation. Not receiving an SMS, email or phone call will not excuse a missed appointment.
