Dr Steve strives for perfection in all areas of dentistry, and leads his team through example by making sure all patients are comfortable and receive the highest quality treatment every time. Dr Steve’s dedication to excellence shows in his clinical skills, while his empathy and attention to his patient’s needs are at the forefront of his work. He enjoys the variety that general dentistry brings, with particular interests in digital dentistry, crowns and bridges, implant restorations, and complex multidisciplinary restorative dentistry.
Raised in Canberra, Dr Steve attended Marist College and subsequently Canberra Grammar School. After obtaining his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with First Class Honours at the University of Sydney, he returned to Canberra and joined Preventive Dentistry in 1997. In 1999, Dr Steve took over from Dr Noel Egan to lead the Preventive Dentistry team.
Steve is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and the ACT Dental Group. In 2005, Dr Steve was appointed by examination as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
Outside of dentistry Dr Steve’s interests include DJing, motorsports, and spending time with his family – Ann, Oliver, Hanna and Sofie.
